Stan Sakai is a Japanese-American cartoonist born on May 25, 1953. He is best known for creating the comic book series Usagi Yojimbo, which follows the adventures of a samurai rabbit in feudal Japan. Sakai's work is celebrated for its rich storytelling and detailed artwork, blending history and folklore. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to comics and is recognized as a significant figure in the graphic novel community.
