Dennis Kozlowski is an American businessman and former CEO of Tyco International, known for his role in one of the largest corporate scandals of the early 2000s. Kozlowski was convicted of fraud and grand larceny for his misuse of company funds, leading to his imprisonment. His case highlighted issues of corporate governance and accountability.
