Alexis Korner was an English musician and a pioneer of blues and rock music in the UK. He is often credited with helping to introduce American blues to British audiences and influencing the development of the British blues and rock scene. Korner's bands, such as Blues Incorporated, played a significant role in the early careers of many famous British musicians.
