Swami Vivekananda was an Indian clergyman and philosopher born on January 12, 1863. He is best known for introducing Hindu philosophy and spirituality to the Western world. Vivekananda was a key figure in the Indian independence movement and emphasized the importance of self-realization and service to humanity.
