Konstantin Stanislavsky was a Russian actor and director born on January 17, 1863. He is best known for developing the Stanislavsky method, a system of acting that emphasizes emotional truth and character development. His innovative approach to theater transformed the acting profession and influenced generations of actors and directors. Stanislavsky co-founded the Moscow Art Theatre and contributed significantly to the world of drama. He passed away on August 7, 1938, leaving a lasting impact on the performing arts.
