Hanoi Hannah was the nickname given to Trinh Thi Ngo, a Vietnamese radio announcer during the Vietnam War. Her broadcasts, which were aimed at American troops, included propaganda and psychological warfare intended to undermine morale. Hanoi Hannah's voice became a symbol of North Vietnamese efforts to influence and demoralize U.S. soldiers. Her broadcasts were a notable part of the information and psychological strategies employed during the conflict.
